In a one-on-one setting, the focus is entirely on the you, the newbie! The instructor can tailor the workout to the individual's fitness level, needs, and goals. This personalized attention ensures that you receive guidance specific to their abilities, allowing for a more effective and efficient learning experience.

Looking to polish your skills? From intermediate to advance, we've got you covered.

A 1-1 class will give you: 

*Personalized Attention: Experience undivided attention from our expert coaches who will focus solely on refining your technique, ensuring each movement is precise and powerful.

* Customized Training Plans: Your fitness goals are unique, and so is your training plan. Enjoy a program crafted specifically for you, targeting your individual strengths and areas for improvement.

* Accelerated Progress: With the spotlight solely on you, expect to see accelerated progress in both skill development and overall fitness. Our coaches are dedicated to helping you reach new heights.

Walk-ins/Drop-ins are welcome, however, to avoid disappointment, please contact us to make an advance booking to ensure availability.

1500php - per class (1 on 1) or 5 class pass for 6500php

2500php - per class (2 on 1) or 5 class pass for 11500
