First-timers to seasoned athletes

Our group class lasts between 1 to 1.5-hour and are designed to maximize your time and effort.

No matter where you are on your boxing or Muay Thai journey, our small classes cater to beginners and advanced athletes alike. Our knowledgeable coaches provide individualized attention, ensuring that each participant gets the guidance they need to progress.  Whether you're a seasoned boxer or stepping into the ring for the first time, our carefully structured classes ensure an efficient and effective workout.​​​

A reservation not required but recommended if you have a strict desired time to avoid disappointment. 

Walk-ins are welcome, however, based on availability. Max 10 students per class.
